Peter Gmalion is a photographic endeavor based in New York City, acting as a refuge for carnal desires, moral ambivalence, forlorn enchantment, and playful curiosity. He believes photography should transcend entertainment and advertising and that as an art it should not be an end, but a means to facilitate discourse and the humanities. When he isn't busy taking pictures, he is usually trying to read more about antiquity or is out with friends with a drink in hand, wondering who first uttered the name Dionysus.
