Marjan Banties, whose drawing hand is insured for five million dollars, has crafted original typography and worked on design projects for everyone from wallpaper* to Saks Fifth Avenue. Her range is playful, eclectic and warm, which seems like a victory for the genre.
The Seduction poster was commissioned for the Yale Architecture lecture series. Other images shown are a snapshot of several hand drawn valentines (from a total of 150 she made one year for those she was 'friends' and 'friendly' with), an annual report that bucks the boring and Marian's personal influence map.
